01 / HELLO

KAMIL
ZYCH.

PEOPLE. TECHNOLOGY. RESPONSIBILITY.

I lead teams that build software.

I like understanding how things work. Even more, I like understanding people and what motivates them.

My work brings the two together.

You can skip straight to my CV. But you’d miss the more interesting part.

SCROLL TO GET TO KNOW ME
02 / CURIOSITY

I DON’T KNOW
EVERYTHING.

AND I’M PERFECTLY FINE WITH THAT.

I don’t need to have an answer to every question.

I like surrounding myself with people who know more than I do. I ask, listen, connect the dots and try to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.

Once I understand enough, I’d rather do something about it than spend the next three meetings talking about it.

Curiosity. Understanding. Action.

Preferably without PowerPoint.

03 / PEOPLE

INSTANT
FRIENDS.

NO CORPORATE DISTANCE REQUIRED.

With people, I usually start with openness.

I like real conversations, a sense of humour and relationships where nobody has to pretend to be someone else.

I prefer honesty to corporate bullshit.

That doesn’t mean everything I say is easy to hear. Sometimes a good relationship is exactly what lets you say something the other person really needs to hear.

You can be kind, direct and demanding at the same time.

Yes, even in a corporation.

04 / CHARACTER

I LIKE THINGS
WITH CHARACTER.

ESPECIALLY ON FOUR WHEELS.

Cars have a special place in my life.

The sound of an engine. Music on a drive. The way a car handles. The stories behind it.

It isn’t always about performance, price or practicality.

I like things with character. Things that stand out.

My ChatGPT definitely doesn’t agree with all my car decisions.

05 / LIFE

DAD OF TWO.
HUMAN FIRST.

I’m a dad to two boys.

It’s one of the most important roles in my life. And definitely one that doesn’t come with a manual.

In my world, the kids come first. Then family, life and everything else.

Work matters. But it isn’t my whole life.

06 / THE WAY FORWARD

DO THE NEXT
RIGHT THING.

When things get complicated, I don’t try to solve everything at once.

I choose one thing. Something I can do now.

I do it. Then the next thing.

That’s how I move forward when I can’t see the whole road ahead.

It matters enough that I have it tattooed on my forearm.

So I don’t forget. Literally.

07 / LET’S CONNECT

STILL
CURIOUS?

GOOD. ME TOO.
